Appointment Policy
Our appointment policy is simple, we will ask for a credit card at the time of booking. We ask you provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule inside of 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
If you do not show for your appointment your credit card will be charged for the full cost of the service.
Please note all retail sales are final.

Credit Card Fee Policy
Please note that a 3.5% processing fee will be added to all payments made by credit card. Due to the rising costs associated with credit card transactions, we’ve had to implement this fee. We appreciate your understanding and support.
